Shen Zhen Controller Driver Crashing Windows 10 Download
I just recently got my Windows 10 upgrade and was interested to see 3D Builder with it. I thought this'd get me started with digital modelling and 3D printing. Bush hog serial number lookup. But I can't add objects from the app. The Windows 10 installation/upgrade includes a newer version of the Prolific USB-Serial driver. This is the interface driver software that translates many USB to Radio adapters via a Com-Port (for lack of a more complex explanation). Hi all,
I've been having a lot of trouble lately with my custom-built computer. My build is as follows:
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming Series
CPU: AMD FX 4350
Graphics card: PNY GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2 GB
RAM: 4 G.Skill Sniper Series 4GB 1866 MHz
Hard Drive: SanDisk 128 GB SSD + 1 TB WD Blue
Power supply: EVGA 500W
I have never had any issues with my PC. All of my components have been in for a while without any problems.
My issues started when I downloaded Batman: Arkham City from Steam and started playing it. Arkham Asylum ran perfectly on my PC (no issues whatsoever), so I was a bit surprised to find that Arkham City crashed on me periodically. It was totally random, however; there was no set thing that crashed the program. Sometimes it would crash when I started it up, sometimes it would crash after 4 hours of playtime. Sometimes it wouldn't even crash at all. I was running with my settings on high.
So, while I was able to play the game fairly well, the crashing was getting annoying so I decided to fix it. Every time the game crashed, it would only take down the program (the computer never crashed, just the program) and (usually, not always) leave me a message, saying something like:
(filename not found) [in D:SteamLibrarysteamappscommonBatman Arkham City GOTYBinariesWin32]
After looking up the error, I saw that it sometimes had to do with the graphics driver. So, I decided to update my Nvidia graphics driver to the most recent version.
Big mistake.
The Nvidia installer got 99% of the way done, then froze for hours. I had no choice but to hard reboot the computer. However, after looking through device manager, it seemed that the installer worked and that the newest version of the driver had, in fact, been successfully installed.
So, I decided to pull Arkham City up again and see if I had fixed the problems. No dice. The game kept crashing, except some of the times when it would crash it would bring down the entire OS (Windows 10) and give me a dreaded Blue Screen of Death. Like before, it occured at random times, and it gave me one of three BSOD messages:
'MEMORY_MANAGEMENT'
'BAD_POOL_HEADER'
'SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION'
At the same time, I noticed, to my dismay, that Chrome was starting to randomly have trouble loading a webpage, giving me the 'Aw, snap!' error page. Sometimes the entire browser would crash. Sometimes the browser would cause the entire computer to blue screen. All entirely random. Firefox was not any better and neither was Edge.
Then I started getting blue screens even when I was doing nothing - I would come into the room and notice that my computer had randomly restarted.
After doing some research, the BSOD messages all seemed like they could be caused by driver errors. So, I decided to uninstall the driver and start the whole process over. I uninstalled the driver (I did NOT use guru3d's display driver uninstaller; not this time, at least) and restarted my computer. Like I expected, the monitor resolution was 1024x768, using the Windows basic display driver. Weirdly, though, about 5 minutes later, the monitor went off, and turned back on again with my native 1600x900 resolution. 'Strange', I thought, and looked back in device manager - there, to my surprise was the OLD Nvidia driver (not 365.10, but an earlier version that I cannot remember) that I had before.
At this point, I decided to undo everything. I grabbed the DDU from guru3d.com, popped into Safe Mode, uninstalled the bad boy, then rebooted back into normal mode. Crashes again, on the Windows Basic Display Driver. Same blue screens as before. Trying to install the Nvidia drivers fails every time, with one of a couple errors:
'7-zip: CRC Error'
'7-zip: Data Error'
And also a digital signature error (driver not signed)
All of these seemed to have to do with a corrupted download, so I re-downloaded the driver, but to no avail.
I'm at a loss here, guys. I've tried all sorts of things to try and fix the problem (more than I have written here), and I need some help to figure out what is going on. I am trying to avoid re-installing the OS (I have a lot of programs I would like to keep), as much as possible.
Thanks in advance!
UPDATE: I just got another BSOD, this time with the following error message:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
It seems as if this might be related to the driver, as well.
